Didgeridoo is considered one of the oldest instruments of mankind, used by the Aboriginal people of Australia. Traditionally the instrument is a long piece of Eucalyptus wood that has been hollowed out by a certain species of termite. Used largely for ceremonial purposes, it has been said to be the connection between our world and the spiritual realm. In recent years this instrument has been incorporated with many contemporary styles, desired for its tribal and beautifully haunting sound.

Stephen toured Australia twice with In the Mood, a 1940’s big band, and ended up living there for a short time and fell in love with this instrument, learned circular breathing from the locals, and has been honing this instrument ever since.

If you are a yoga studio or meditation group looking for live drone music, this instrument is a perfect fit for this setting. Please don’t hesitate to reach out.
